The accommodation is well equipped and is always handed over clean, with fresh bed linen.
Please take care of cleanliness and the condition of the equipment so that we can continue to provide a great experience for as many guests as possible.
1. COOKING FACILITIES
• Indoor kitchen
The indoor kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. In addition to the cooktop, dishwasher, and refrigerator, you will find a microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, and electric kettle.
The kitchen is supplied with cookware, a 12-place set of plates and cutlery, and various types of glasses (wine, beer, pálinka, water, etc.).
• Terrace kitchen
Next to the house, the terrace features a dedicated bogrács (traditional cauldron cooking area). It is wind-protected, and cooking in a cauldron is permitted even during the summer fire restriction period.
Two separate cauldrons (for 5 and 10 people) are available, as well as a smaller Green Egg upon request (please bring your own charcoal).
Firewood can be used from the pile at the end of the garden. Please make sure to extinguish the fire carefully. Place the used wood in a container so the area can be easily cleaned afterward.
• Summer kitchen
The summer kitchen is located approximately 30 meters from the house, at the most scenic panoramic point of the property.
It is equipped with a pizza oven, a larger charcoal grill, and garden furniture.
2. BATHROOM FACILITIES
The house has 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Hot water is provided by a 300-liter electric boiler.
Since the water supply comes from a well, it may occasionally have a slight sulfur smell, but it is tested and classified as medicinal-quality water.
The bathrooms are fully equipped with fresh bed linen, towels for each guest, hand towels, shower gel, and a hairdryer.
Please maintain proper hygiene and do not flush wet wipes or any inappropriate objects down the toilet.
3. CHILD-FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION
• Equipment
The house offers a foldable baby cot and two separate children’s beds on the upper level.
Upon request, we can also provide a high chair, baby bathtub, and step stool.
• Toys
In the garden, there is a children’s playhouse, swings, and a trampoline, which may be used at your own responsibility.
For younger children, we can provide storybooks, toys, a play mat, etc., upon request. These are not kept out by default, so please let us know in advance.
4. GAMES FOR ADULTS
We keep a variety of board games in the house, as we also enjoy playing ourselves. Available games include chess, Dixit, Ludo (Ki nevet a végén), and Activity.
Please take care of the games and return all pieces to their place after use so that others can enjoy them as well.
5. SPORTS & OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
The house is equipped with a badminton set (with net), balls, and a trampoline for children.
The Blue Hiking Trail starts almost directly from the gate and leads up to Badacsony Hill. Several 1–2 hour circular hiking routes and wine routes begin nearby.
The area and terrain are ideal for cycling. We cooperate with one of the largest bicycle service providers around Lake Balaton. Upon request, bikes of the required quality and quantity can even be delivered to the house.

6. WIFI CONNECTION
The house was designed primarily for family events and conversations, and we encourage guests to use the internet as little as possible.
That said, high-speed internet is available, and the WiFi password can be found inside the house.
7. TAXI & TRANSFER SERVICES
If you plan to go wine tasting or attend local programs, we have good relationships with local taxi companies who are familiar with the location, Casa Mido, and can pick you up directly.

8. SAILING OPPORTUNITY
As a new service, sailing boat rental is available, but advance notice is required as it involves organization.

The 26-foot sailboat was brought from the North Sea and offers a real sporty sailing experience 🙂
It is licensed for 8 people, meaning we can take up to 7 guests.
